DEMAG El-Exis – Benchmark in High-Performance Fast-Cycling
The Demag El-Exis machine is the name of the extremely fast hybrid machine ideally suited for packaging applications. Independent control loops operating in parallel for the clamping unit, injection unit and secondary movements, allow the Demag El-Exis to realise extremely fast, harmonic and consistent movement cycles.
The Demag El-Exis come in sizes from 100ton to 700tons with injection speeds of up to 1000m/s and a screw acceleration of up to 12m/s2.
